This stylish study area has a blend of functionality and design. The Duco satin-sprayed cabinetry, with its reverse finger grip detail on the doors and drawers, offers a seamless modern touch. Asymmetrical shelves, reaching to the ceiling, add an element of visual interest while providing versatile storage options. LED lighting inside the shelves enhances the space, highlighting books and objects. Solid oak slats serve as a functional and stylish divider, creating a sense of privacy and warmth in this multi-functional workspace.

A dual-purpose custom built-in unit that not only serves as a Wine rack and Drinks display unit, but is also a striking feature and practical addition to this space. It is beautifully crafted in oak veneer, oiled with grey Ciranova to enhance its natural warmth. The shelving on either side adds balance and completes the look, providing additional storage while maintaining a seamless design. Definitely a Joos Joiners approved space!
For the ultimate South African braai experience, this organized braai area combines style and practicality with integrated fridges and a compact two-plate gas hob, perfect for preparing side dishes. Beneath the braai, two oak pull-out boxes provide convenient storage for wood or other essentials. Designed with thoughtful detail, this braai area is an entertaining hub and a standout feature in the home.

Joos Joiners worked with the professional teams involved to manufacture and install the 83 apartments over 10 floors, as well as the Concierge Desk and reception areas. Joos Joiners manufactured Bedrooms Cupboards & Vanities in a White Satin Duco finish while the kitchens were either a combination of Grey Oiled Oak & White Niemann Board or a combination of Light and Dark Grey Satin Duco.
On the ground floor, Joos Joiners manufactured and installed the Concierge Desk and Reception Joinery in a beautiful warm and rich American Walnut.
Smeg appliances finished off the luxury finishes for the kitchens and combinations of Engineered Stone were used for counter tops, Caesar Stone Raw Concrete and Teramo Artic White , Bianco Riva and Mist Grey by Sangengalo who were also the stone fabricators for the project.
