At our factory in Stikland Joos Joiners are geared for high volume production with state if the art machinery that allows us to supply custom cabinetry into large scale developments as well as into private residential homes.
At Joos we PRESS OUR OWN TIMBER VENEERS
Our veneering division knit and press our veneers inhouse. In doing so we are able to layup the various components to make sure that the veneer pattern matches runs throughout the design – as seen with these Walnut cupboards featured below.
We also have our own SOLID WOOD WORKING SECTION
Our dedicated solid wood section allows us to manufacture custom pieces of furniture (when part of an entire home fitout) or solid cupboard doors. Where a combination of solid wood and matching veeners are required we can ensure the best possible matches by buying both the solid timber and veneer sheets from the same supplier. As seen below in this beautiful Kitchen Island where veneered panels are seamlessly combined with solid fluted wooden legs.
WE CUT AND EDGE MELAMINE BOARDS
Buying from some of the market leaders Joos Joiners buy in prelaminated melamine boards and cut these to size before edging them on our state of the art Edgebander. Melamine comes in a huge variety of colours and finishes allowing Joos to offer you endless opportunities.
WE ALSO SPRAY ALL SATIN DUCO FINISHES
We a dedicated spray booth Joos Joiners are able to finish all components required for your joinery in any paint colour finish required. Whether it be from our standard colours or from your design brief.
