Yes. We provide a design service that includes a quote and preliminary design. Also in our service is a consultation at your home, if required, or at our showroom facility.

Initial concept drawings and a quote, based on our discussion of your needs, will be provided. We understand that there may be a need to make minor modifications to the design and include this one set of changes at no charge.

Please note that we do not offer a design only service.

We work on a 3 to 5 day period from date of initial meeting and dependant on the size of the project. Your design is finalised by the sales consultant which is then drawn up, costed and quote by our qualified drafting team before being signed off by management.

We pride ourselves on submitting our best prices the first time round. We believe in manufacturing to a value and use only the best materials , fixtures and fittings. In order to make sure that we are comparing apples with apples we would need to see the other quotes and floor plans. There are many factors that can affect final pricing. We will definitely look at pricing if the above conditions are met but will not review our quotes based on you simply telling us you received a less expensive quote.

We are often involved the full fit out of a home and supply cabinetry for Built in Cupboards, kitchens, sculleries, studies, display units, games rooms, entertainment units, bathroom vanities and custom prices of furniture.

Yes, we sell across multiple brands such as Siemens, Bosch, Gaggenau, Liebherr, Miele, Smeg. Over the years we have built relationships with these suppliers and are often able to make special offers available to you.

 

Other than the price advantage buying your appliance through us allows us to make the correct provisions in terms of space for the floor plan and quoting purpose. In addition appliances bought through us are installed at no extra charge.

No. Plumbing and electrical is beyond our scope of expertise and is best left to the professional contractors. We will work with contractors in terms of electrical and plumbing layouts.

Yes. We work with many clients on this basis. It is important though to understand who the final decision maker is and who we take instructions from. With many years experience we also offer valuable insight as to what is practical and within our manufacture capabilities.

Once you have decide to move ahead with the project and signed contracts and paid deposits we will release detailed floor plans and where necessary shop drawings. We invest a significant amount of resource in design and drafting and take seriously the intellectual property involved.

On average our manufacture leadtimeranges from 4 –6 weeks from the date that final onsite measurements are taken. This will vary depending on the scope of works, materials chosen and other inclusions.

Installation time frames will be discussed with you when finalising the quote and again vary depending on the scope and complexity of works. The flowchart below gives an indication for timeframes on site.
