Clara Anna fontein
Set in the sought-after Clara Anna Estate, this home is one of many we’ve proudly completed with a long-standing developer partner. This time, it was all about creating a space for a family to truly live in.
Kitchen & Scullery
A kitchen that hides the mess and holds the magic! The cabinetry features a fresh take on the traditional shaker: a slimmer, more refined frame that’s making a comeback in contemporary interiors. Sprayed in a satin Duco finish, the palette plays with slight contrast; the island in a deeper tone, while the rest of the kitchen remains soft and airy.
A standout moment is the beautifully executed coffee station, hidden behind a sliding folding door system. This clever sliding mechanism allows the doors to tuck away completely, revealing warm oak veneer floating shelves. Sliding Folding doors like these are increasingly used in modern kitchens to keep things looking streamlined while still being ultra-functional.
Touches of brushed hardware, Hafele LED lighting, and Grass Scala runners bring quality to the details, while a built-in braai integrates entertaining into the kitchen layout, making this a true all-day space. Behind the scenes the scullery mirrors the main kitchen in both finish and feel, giving this family open living with all the backup.
Wine Display & Braai Area
The wine display and braai area, finished in Plascon Duco shade, Themas Dusk, oak veneer accents, and a striking natural stone top flows effortlessly from the kitchen. This wine display system is as smart as it is beautiful, designed to store bottles neatly while showing them off with intention. Wall-mounted fixtures are supplied by Wine Display.
A Vogue glass cabinet with solid oak shelves and mirror inside, lit with Hafele LEDs to highlight glassware, bottles, or favorite collectibles, brings in warmth and adds interest. Anchoring the braai is a beautiful solid oak mantel, a simple but grounding detail that brings in character without competing with the surrounding textures.
It’s a space made for gathering, sipping, and slow evenings.

Master Dressing Room & En Suite
In the en suite, oak veneer small-shaker cabinetry anchors the vanity with subtle texture, topped with a bold, chunky countertop that adds just the right amount of weight. A sandblasted mirror with soft LED backlighting finishes the look — creating a space that feels calm, curated, and luxuriously low-maintenance.
Both the master en suite and dressing room were designed as a quiet escape. Vogue frameless mirror doors reflect light and space, while concealing generousstorage behind sleek, uninterrupted lines. Satin Duco cabinetry with a reverse finger grip detail gives the dressing room a seamless, modern edge.
Kids room
This sunny spot was designed with growing imaginations in mind. Soft satin Duco joinery paired with oak veneer accents creates a playful and polished look that blends with the rest of the home. Reverse finger grip details keep things sleek and safe, while open storage inspires creativity.
A standout feature? The corner floating shelves, beautifully lit with integrated LED strips; turning every book, toy, or treasure into part of the décor. It’s a space that’s practical, personal, perfect for work, play, and everything in between
Home Office
A custom-built desk rests on tapered solid oak legs, giving this workspace a freestanding furniture feel. Thoughtfully designed and generously sized, the room balances storage with breathing space, making it easy to get to work and even easier to stay inspired. Designed for focus and flow, this home office combines clean-lined functionality with warm oak accents and natural textures.
Guest Room
The guest room embraces a calming, uncluttered aesthetic. The wardrobe is finished in a satin Duco with reverse finger grip detailing, and warm oak veneer shelving to soften the minimal lines.
In the en suite, the oak veneer vanity with the same small shaker detailing is topped with a generous slab of stone, offering a grounded, tactile counterpoint to the room’s quiet elegance. It’s a space that feels like a thoughtful extension of the home.
Music Room
Still a creative work in progress, the music room already hits all the right notes in design. Wrapped in Woodupp acoustic panels in Moss, the space feels cocooned and considered. Designed to keep the sound in and distractions out. A floating oak veneer desk are paired with open shelves in custom-matched Duco moss. With space to play, store, and display, this room is set to evolve as beautifully as the music it’s made for.
Laundry Area
Proof that practicality can still be beautiful, this laundry room was designed without compromising on style. A cost-effective combination of PG Bison Brookhill and Mudian Melawood creates a clean, tonal base that’s hard-wearing and easy on the eyes. What sets it apart? Thoughtful joinery details like solid oak pull-out drying racks, a small design moment for everyday ease to a space that’s often overlooked.
